One of the most exciting aspects as a bridal boutique owner and buyer is getting to see the new trends before it hits mainstream. The Barcelona bridal fashion week was last month and we’re excited to share the latest trends from the runways. We promise you won’t be disappointed!!
Trend #1: High necklines – it’s quite fun to see how trends can take a sudden turn. While the deep v-necklines were the most sought after styles during 2019-2022, we are now seeing more and more conservative necklines and it’s going higher and higher.
Trend #2: Capes – if you’re not too fond of wearing a veil on your wedding day but still want a dramatic look from the back, you’re in luck because capes are now in! No not the superhero cape… the elegant kind.
Trend #3: Dramatic sleeves – puffy sleeves to be exact. The runways were filled with a variety of puffy dramatic sleeves that are detachable.
