APPOINTMENTS

Why do I need an appointment?

We believe that finding YOUR DRESS should be a fun and intimate experience and you deserve our full attention. Your appointment will last between 60-120 minutes.  In order to keep this appointment as intimate as possible, we only allow up to 4 guests during your appointment (no children under the age of 12 please).

♥︎

Do you offer private appointments?

Yes! Please see the VIP section below for more information.

♥︎

Will I get to pick my own dresses to try on?

Yes. You will be able to pick between 8-12 gowns in the showroom to try on. Our stylists will also select some additional gowns for you to try on as well.

What should I bring to my bridal appointment?

We recommend that you bring the following:

1) Nude undergarments (such as silicone pasties, high waisted shaping brief or underwear that won’t leave a visible panty line if you plan on wearing a fitted dress). Please note that our bridal stylists will be helping you in and out of the dresses so underwear is a must-have!

2) A pair of heels if you plan on wearing them on your wedding day

3) Finally - be sure to bring an open mind - you never know what you’ll discover by trying on new silhouettes and designs!

♥︎

How many guests can I bring with me to my bridal appointment?

You may bring up to 4 guests (we ask that you don't bring children under the age of 12)

How much does wedding gowns cost?

Our wedding dresses run between $2,000 - $5,000 (with the majority of gowns in the $2,500 range).

♥︎

What is the payment policy?

Once you’ve found THE DRESS, we ask for payment in full.

♥︎

What is the refund policy?

Given that each dress is made-to-order (meaning the designers only make the dress once an order is placed), all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.  You will be asked to sign a legal sales contract upon placing your order.

When should I start shopping for my wedding dress?

Given that wedding gowns are made-to-order (meaning designers only make the dress once you’ve placed an order) and the recent long lead times, we recommend that you start dress shopping 9-12 months before your wedding date (note that you will need some of this time for alterations).
♥︎
Bridal sizing runs smaller than street sizing (on average, about 2 sizes smaller). For example, if you normally wear a size 6, you can expect that your bridal dress size will be a size 10 or larger. Each designer’s sizing will be different. The majority of our sample gowns in the boutique is in size 12-14.
♥︎
Your dress will not fit perfectly and will most likely require alterations after it arrives. Please note the dresses are made-to-order and not made-to-measure (meaning the gowns comes in a standard size and will require a seamstress to alter the dress to properly fit your body).  The alterations process can take an additional 2-3 months to complete. Although we do not offer in-house alterations, we can make recommendations for seamstresses in the local area.
